Here’s another way of enjoying this wonderful Adaptogenic herb!
- 1 Cup of milk (almond, coconut, or milk of your choice)
If using coconut milk, we suggest a portion of ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup water)
- ½ Teaspoon SANITA Health & Wellbeing Ashwagandha powder
- ½ Teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Manuka honey (optional)
How To Make
- Warm the milk, then add the powdered spices & honey
- Stir well, using a whisk to blend.
- Pour into cup and drink an hour before bed.
